RS Kompas+ MOBILE APPLICATION - POLICY ON DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA

This privacy policy governs use of the software application RS Kompas+ (Czech)  and all its language versions Aktivni z MS (Slovenian), COPACTIV (Romanian), MS COMPASS (Estonian), MS COMPASS (Latvian), MS COMPASS (Lithuanian), MS KOMPASSI (Finnish), MS-KOMPASSEN (Swedish),  SegítőM (Hungarian), SMKOMPAS  (Slovak) (hereinafter the  “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Pears Health Cyber s.r.o.,  Voctářova 2449/5, 180 00 Prague 8, the Czech Republic. 

The Application is a discrete personal assistant during the treatment of the multiple sclerosis. The application helps patients to apply injections with the drug substance and to keep their application diary. The Application allows to take pictures of the injection site in case of skin problems so that patients can simply show a picture to the nurse or doctor instead of elaborately explaining to them any problems. 

With this application patients also get important information about the treatment of the multiple sclerosis. 

Automatically Collected Information

• This Application does not collect and does not store any Personal Data of patients who use the mobile application.
• This Application does not collect precise information about the location of user mobile device. 
• This Application does not send any data about the user to third parties automatically.
• Third parties do not have any access to information in the Application.
