Migraine Compass MOBILE APPLICATION - POLICY ON DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA

This privacy policy governs use of the software application Migraine Compass (“Migréna Kompas“ in Czech) and all its language versions (hereinafter the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Pears Health Cyber s.r.o., Voctářova 2449/5, 180 00 Prague 8, the Czech Republic.

The Application is a discrete personal assistant during the treatment of the migraine. The application helps patients to apply injections with the drug substance and to keep their application diary. The Application allows to record migraine episodes and used medicine to simply show all data to doctor instead of elaborately explaining to them any problems.

With this application patients also get important information about the treatment of the migraine.

The application is not replacement of a doctor and do not give any treatment advices. Treatment have to be consulted with a medical specialist.

Automatically Collected Information

· This Application does not collect and does not store any Personal Data of patients who use the mobile application.

· This Application does not collect precise information about the location of user mobile device.

· This Application does not send any data about the user to third parties automatically.

· Third parties do not have any access to information in the Application.
