AlergoStop MOBILE APPLICATION - POLICY ON DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA

This privacy policy governs use of the software application AlergoStop and all its language versions (hereinafter the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Pears Health Cyber s.r.o., Voctářova 2449/5, 180 00 Prague 8, Czech Republic.

The Application is a discrete personal assistant during the treatment of the allergy. The application helps patients with compliance to the medicine usage and to remind about physician visits. With this application, patients also get important information about the treatment of the allergy.

The application is not a replacement of a doctor and does not give any treatment advice. Treatment has to be consulted with a medical specialist.

Automatically Collected Information

● This Application does not collect and does not store any Personal Data of patients who use the mobile application.

● This Application does not collect precise information about the location of user mobile device.

● This Application does not send any personal data about the user to third parties automatically.

● Information about the downloads of the application stays in the application store of the device platform. Information about the application usage is anonymized and stored in Google Analytics.
