VenetoStart MOBILE APPLICATION - POLICY ON DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA

This privacy policy governs use of the software application VenetoStart and all its language versions (hereinafter the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Pears Health Cyber s.r.o., Voctářova 2449/5, 180 00 Prague 8, the Czech Republic.

The Application helps hematology / oncology HCPs to start patients on Venetoclax. The App will generate the Patient onboarding steps according to each patient profile, and that will help HCPs to initiate the patients on Venetoclax. The App describes the dosage schedule to the HPC at the initiation of the treatment. Supporting mobile application for developer for hematology / oncology HCPs.

• This Application does not collect and does not store any Personal Data of HCPs who us the mobile application.
• This Application does not collect precise information about the location of user mobile device.
• This Application does not send any data about the user to third parties automatically.
• Third parties do not have any access to information in the Application.
